Santosh Lakshmi Constructions Pvt. Ltd. (SLCPL) was established in March 2021 as a Private Limited Company. SLC is an engineering and construction company led by professional and dynamic engineers, delivering solutions for building construction, irrigation projects, railways, highways, bridges, and pipeline projects. The company dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and innovative solutions in the building industry. With years of experience and a commitment to excellence, we have successfully completed numerous projects that stand as a testament to our expertise and dedication.
We take great pleasure in introducing SLCPL as a professionally managed company. The Managing Director, Sri. Venkat Ratnam M, has over 20 years of experience in the infrastructure sector and has a proven track record of successfully executing projects ranging from small-scale works to large infrastructure projects for various Government departments and reputed private organizations, achieving complete client satisfaction.

The Company specializes primarily in the construction of buildings, irrigation projects, Roads and Railway lines. PROMOTERS
Sri. Venkat Ratnam M
Sri Venkat Ratnam M, prior to the establishment of SLC, amassed over 24 years of experience with a leading infrastructure company, serving in roles including Manager and Assistant General Manager. His key responsibilities encompassed comprehensive project management, preparation and analysis of construction documentation, participation in bidding processes and negotiations, selection and oversight of subcontractors, material procurement, budget monitoring, project development, progress evaluation, and quality control. He also brings extensive expertise in executing and managing large-scale projects through to commissioning within established timelines. This wealth of experience has been instrumental in driving the company’s continued success.
Smt. Aruna Swetha M
A postgraduate in Management Studies, she brings over 18 years of experience in Human Resource Management, having held middle management positions within the infrastructure sector. She currently oversees the company’s administration, personnel, and HR functions, contributing significantly to the successful completion of numerous State and Central Government civil projects, as well as residential apartment developments in Hyderabad. She is also responsible for managing the technical aspects of all projects, from tender identification to execution, and is actively engaged in the day-to-day operations across all project sites.
